Delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your Wasalny account and all
associated data at any time. Deletion is free and you do not need to give a reason.
What gets deleted
- Your name, phone number, password, and email address if you gave one.
- Your governorate, language preference, and account settings.
- For drivers: national ID number, vehicle details, and every uploaded document image
(ID, driving licence, vehicle registration, vehicle photo).
- Your device's push notification token, so all notifications stop.
- Your ratings, comments, and in-app notifications.

Please note: deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you are a
driver with an active subscription it will be cancelled without refund. Please close any
ongoing trip before submitting.
How to request deletion
Option 1: the form below
Enter the phone number registered to your account. We action requests within 30 days.
Option 2: contact us directly
What happens next
- We verify that the number belongs to you, and may call to confirm before acting.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days of that verification.
- Once complete, your phone number becomes available for a new account.
